Joe Biden’s administration has devolved into a circus.
So it isn’t a surprise that top Biden mouthpiece Jen Psaki is leaving the White House.
But jaws dropped when Jen Psaki’s tenure at the White House ended with a lawsuit slap down she never saw coming.
One shocking act of government-encouraged censorship is coming back to bite Joe Biden, and the Democrats, just as outgoing White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki decides it’s time to hit the eject button.
The Democrat Media Complex fell in line and refused to do any serious reporting on the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” scandal.
In fact, Facebook and Twitter actively suppressed the story and locked The New York Post out of its account for dropping the bombshell report.
And that shocking act of censorship could be coming back to bite Biden and the Democrats, including outgoing White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
Missouri Attorney Eric Schmitt is suing the Biden administration for violating free speech by pressuring Big Tech platforms to censor information, a lot of which turned out to be true.
Schmitt said in a statement, “Freedom of speech is paramount to a healthy society and discourse, debate, and discussion have been the cornerstone of our country since the Founders codified that right in the Bill of Rights. Missourians and Americans use social media platforms, which are now ubiquitous in our modern society, to discuss topics like the efficacy of masks and the veracity of the lab-leak theory. In direct contravention to the First Amendment and freedom of speech, the Biden Administration has been engaged in a pernicious campaign to both pressure social media giants to censor and suppress speech and work directly with those platforms to achieve that censorship in a misguided and Orwellian campaign against ‘misinformation.’”
Psaki admitted flat-out the administration was colluding with social media.

As a result, the mere mention of the lab-leak theory was grounds for an automatic ban on Twitter and YouTube, and for more prominent figures like Senator Tom Cotton, a flurry of corporate-controlled press hit pieces.
The Biden administration has only become more “Orwellian” since the height of COVID tyranny.
For example, Biden recently established the Disinformation Governance Board under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security, and appointed a partisan hack to the new position.
Schmitt continued, “In the lawsuit that Missouri and Louisiana filed today, we allege that government officials in the Biden Administration, including President Biden, Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, and others colluded with social media companies like Meta, Twitter, and YouTube to remove truthful information related to the lab-leak theory, the efficacy of masks, election integrity, and more. I will not stand idly by while the Biden Administration attempts to trample on the First Amendment rights of Missourians and Americans.”
Some of the biggest purveyors of misinformation came from the federal government.
For example, intelligence officials deemed Hunter Biden’s laptop Russian disinformation while he was already under investigation by the Department of Justice.
That veneer of “credibility” helped Joe Biden after he barely even campaigned for President of the United States.
Hardly anyone showed up to his rallies, and he spent most of the time in his basement instead of out on the road.
Biden was able to get away with it because he had the corporate-controlled press and Big Tech both parroting the lies of government officials and putting their thumbs on scales.
The Democrats pulled out all the stops to defend the Biden crime family and draconian COVID orders, and now they are reaping the whirlwind.
