Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook have been in a lot of hot water lately.
From blatant acts of censorship to leaks that the social media platform intentionally suppresses whites and males, many have lost all respect for the tech giant.
Now, jaw-dropping reports have surfaced about a Facebook employee’s disgusting suggestion to aid Andrew Cuomo.
Bone-chilling revelations about a top Facebook communications manager’s attempt to put Facebook’s thumb on the scales to help Democrats came to light in New York’s investigation into Andrew Cuomo.
“Facebook/Meta senior communicator Dani Lever gifted lobbying (and) communications advice to the disgraced former Governor Andrew Cuomo administration. These acts … should trigger a formal investigation,” Joe Kunzler wrote in a sworn statement to the Joint Commission on Public Ethics.
“I felt there was a clear ethics issue here and that … somebody had to step up and make sure that justice is done,” Kunzler said.
The Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) acknowledged last week that they did receive the complaint from Kunzler – JCOPE has the authority to impose fines for illegal lobbying and gifts to government officials.
According to the complaint the Facebook communications manager, Dani Lever, secretly suggested that Andrew Cuomo’s aides “victim shame” the woman who sparked the sexual harassment scandal.
This is just further proof that disgraced New York Governor Andrew Cuomo would stop at nothing to make these claims go away, so he could continue to climb up the Democrat political ladder.
Kunzler’s complaint was triggered by a Post report that revealed Lever — who was Cuomo’s communications director from November 2018 to September 2020 — sent a Dec. 13 text message to two of his top aides after former state economic development official Lindsey Boylan tweeted, “Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years.”
“I think we can victim shame on the record,” Lever’s text read.
This horrific and disgusting recommendation by Lever came to light last week when State Attorney General Letitia James released the second batch of evidence from her investigation into the allegations against Cuomo.
“They should have been on top of this months ago,” said David Grandeau — who ran JCOPE’s predecessor agency, the state Temporary Commission on Lobbying.
Grandeau stated he would have already launched an investigation into Lever and Facebook, based just on information contained in the bombshell report that AG James issued earlier this year.
Grandeau also suggested the agency hadn’t acted because it’s “corrupt and incompetent.”
No one can doubt any longer just how connected Big Tech and the Democrat Party really are and how people like Zuckerberg will stop at nothing to ensure Democrats are unscathed by their scandals.
It’s truly disgusting that anyone would belittle a situation such as a clear sexual harassment by a sitting governor just to gain a little bit more power.
