Joe Biden and Kamala Harris represent likely the most authoritarian American administration in history.
They openly talk about taking away Americans’ rights.
Now Trump just lit into Joe Biden over weaponized government and the most controversial policy decision of his administration.
Donald Trump just called out Biden’s reckless gun control agenda.
Trump is already in full campaign mode.
He announced his candidacy for 2024 almost immediately after the 2022 Midterm elections, which did not go great for the Republican Party.
Democrats’ holy grail of weaponized government
The former President recently spoke up supporting Americans’ gun rights, and called out Joe Biden and his gun-grabbing administration.
Trump said, “The Biden gun-control agenda is part and parcel of the left-wing crusade to weaponize government against law-abiding citizens while letting criminals roam free. They’re all over the place. I’ve never seen anything like it. You’re afraid to walk through one of these Democrat cities. You go out for a loaf of bread, you end up getting shot. As president, I will end the weaponization of our government…”

Trump is entirely correct.
George Soros-funded District Attorneys are ushering in pro-crime policies that bring about anarcho-tyranny.
Criminals get to roam the streets with impunity (anarchy) while law-abiding citizens get the book thrown at them (tyranny).
Trump experienced that himself.
Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg brought bogus charges against Trump for a state crime that has passed the statute of limitations.
Bragg skirted the statute of limitations by using federal campaign finance laws to charge a state crime.
Meanwhile, Bragg’s office is actively reducing felonies and letting criminals out of jail.
It’s a complete joke.
History isn’t all that great
Trump’s strong pro-2A message is a smart move because he had a spotty record on guns as President.
After the mass shooting in Las Vegas, which has been strangely memory-holed, Trump eagerly worked with Democrats on gun control.
The Ron DeSantis PAC, “Never Back Down” hammered Trump on this exact issue.
The PAC ran an ad where Trump said, “That is why I have called for red flag laws.”
The ad also showed Trump wheeling and dealing with enthusiastic Democrats on gun control legislation.
Trump said that the government “might take the firearms first, and then go to court. I like taking the guns early. Take the guns first, go through due process second.”
Those comments made Republicans uneasy, but Trump seems to have learned from that misstep.
Democrats are not good-faith actors on gun rights.
Their goal is abolishing the Second Amendment and confiscating guns, but they can only get there one piece of bad gun control legislation at a time.
