Hollywood has tried to get rid of Tim Allen – but he’s just too funny to be canceled.
The conservative funny man keeps coming back despite numerous attempts by the woke mob to silence the outspoken comedian.
And now, Disney is throwing in the towel and trying to make peace with Allen and his fans.
While they may not be giving up on wokeness altogether, Disney may at least be recognizing the writing on the wall when it comes to blacklisting top conservative talent.
Last week Disney broke the news that they were bringing back the popular franchise with Toy Story 5 – and this time around, apparently, they want to turn a profit with the Lightyear character.
And Tim Allen announced that he will be returning to the space ranger role of Buzz Lightyear that he made famous.
“See ya soon Woody, you are a sad strange little man and you have my pity,” Allen tweeted. “And off we go to a number 5! To infinity and beyond!”

Disney Corporation paid a price in political fight against DeSantis
Disney’s stock tanked as half the country decided to boycott the company’s shows, movies and theme parks after deciding to wage a political war against Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis over a Florida law to stop school children from being exposed to sensitive sex and gender material in the classroom against parents’ wishes.
The company also lost their self-governing status under Florida during the fight in which one Disney executive was even exposed admitting on camera to sneaking a “queer agenda” wherever possible into content.
But perhaps the company’s most disastrous move in recent memory surrounded the release of Lightyear – a spinoff to its Toy Story franchise.
Lightyear was supposed to be a massive hit for the company.
However, they decided to replace comedian Tim Allen as the voice of the title character – a role Allen had voiced in the series of Toy Story films since 1995.
Many accused Disney of dropping Allen, a known conservative, over his politics.
The actor, comedian and professed Christian has made a name for himself by speaking his mind – even when his opinions run counter to the left-wing Big Media narrative.
But replacing Allen with actor Chris Evans for the Lightyear standalone movie proved a big mistake for Disney, as audiences evidently decided to stay home rather than watch as someone not named Tim Allen voiced the iconic character.
According to Movieweb, “Lightyear was a high-profile bomb for Disney” noting that it brought in only “$226 million worldwide, against a budget of $200 million before marketing costs [emphasis added].”
Another source, estimated Disney lost somewhere in the neighborhood of $100-Million on the flop with all told.
