Cancellation has become the weapon of choice for the “woke” mob – anyone who defies their radical agenda faces ostracization, and that’s just the start.
The mob is doubling down on Riley Gaines for continuing to remain defiant for her convictions.
But the collegiate swimming star just said four words that have this company’s honchos waking up in a panic.
Riley Gaines is preparing for a massive fight after finding herself in the center of another “woke” rage swarm.
“Wokeness” has become the name of the game in today’s mainstream corporate culture.
In recent years, major companies and brands like Target, Bud Light, and Disney have all surrendered to the “woke” mob in one way or another.
And based on their latest move, it is safe to say that Eventbrite has joined this list.
List of companies refusing to learn from Bud Light grows, as another platform succumbs to the “woke” mob.
Eventbrite, which is a leading event planning and ticketing platform, sent shockwaves across the nation after they pulled an event hosted by female sports advocate Riley Gaines from their platform.
This Friday, November 3, Riley Gaines will head to the UC Davis campus to speak at an event called “Protecting Women’s Sports with Riley Gaines.”
At this event, Gaines is expected to speak out about her experiences as a collegiate athlete and more specifically, her experiences with biological men competing in women’s sports.
Tickets for the event could be purchased on Eventbrite, but in a move that shocked Riley Gaines and her supporters, Eventbrite pulled the event from their website claiming that the event violated their “Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.”
In response, Riley Gaines posted the notification she received from Eventbrite on X, which in part read, “We have determined that your event is not permitted on the Eventbrite marketplace as it violates our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, with which all users agree to comply.”
Gaines posted this notification with the caption, “I love all the people in my comments saying they’ve deleted their Eventbrite account. Give ’em the Bud Light treatment. Newsflash: being a woman and advocating for such isn’t a hate crime.”
Gaines: time to ‘Give ’em the . . . treatment’

Riley Gaines’s event is still scheduled for this Friday, regardless of Eventbrite’s actions, and many left-leaning campus groups have announced protests, creating security concerns for Gaines and her audience.
Companies all across the nation have made the decision to go “woke” in recent years, taking far-left stances on one social justice cause after another.
For the most part, these actions have proved to be very costly. Bud Light, for example, has had to practically give their beer away after months of conservative boycotts.
The bottom line is that companies that go “woke” more often than not, face serious economic consequences for doing so.
