For most people, high school is a bizarre and challenging time where adolescence converges with the realities of the real world.

It does not help that many schools have completely surrendered to the “woke” mob, policing the every move and statement of its students.

And catholic school teens booted from class after a false blackface smear just got the ultimate payback.

These young men just stuck it to their former school after starting this “woke” uproar

Much of American society has become increasingly fragile and “woke” in recent years.

Harmless things such as jokes and social media posts can now ruin a person’s life for simply offending somebody.

For example, all the way back in 2017, a group of 14-year-old high school students took a picture wearing dark-colored skin masks designed to clear up acne.

Teens have always tried new and creative methods to clear up their acne.

However, a picture of the teens wearing these masks emerged during the George Floyd riots in 2020, and people immediately assumed the teens were wearing blackface.

Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California expelled the teens, demonstrating their zero-tolerance policy (as it pertains to alleged acts of racism) to other students at the elite Silicon Valley Catholic School.

The expelled students promptly responded with a lawsuit, arguing that they were simply trying to support a friend who had bad acne who felt embarrassed wearing the face mask.

Last week, a Santa Clara, California jury sided with the students, ruling that the school breached an oral contract and failed to provide due process to the students.

The jury awarded the two students, simply identified as A.H. and H.H. in the lawsuit, $500,000 each and an additional $70,000 a piece in tuition reimbursement.

Attorney Krista Baughman, who represented one of the students, reacted to the award, calling it a massive win for fairness in private schools.

“This case is significant not only for our clients but for its groundbreaking effect on all private high schools in California, which are now legally required to provide fair procedure to students before punishing or expelling them,” Baughman declared.

“The jury rightly confirmed that Saint Francis High School’s procedures were unfair to our clients and that the school is not above the law,” she added.

The family of one of the students also released a statement expressing their gratitude to the jury and the court.

“We want to sincerely thank the jury and the court system for helping our boys and our families find justice, which now paves the way for their names to be cleared for things they never did,” the statement read.

One of the key pieces of evidence in this lawsuit was a Target receipt, proving that the defendants purchased the acne masks shown in the social media post.

This lawsuit has put “woke” schools across the nation on notice

Following the George Floyd riots in 2020, many schools, both public and private, entirely surrendered to the “woke” mob.

A prime example includes the zero-tolerance policies many of these schools implemented regarding alleged acts of racism.

These policies often circumvent due process, immediately disciplining students without giving them a chance to explain themselves.

This lawsuit out of California could pump the breaks on some of these aggressive policies.
