American-born British Prime Minister Boris Johnson rose during the successful Vote Leave campaign for Brexit before buying into the cerveza flu panic and forcing lockdowns in England.
Now he’s embroiled in scandal and it looks like the global establishment has had enough.
So British PM Boris Johnson is sweating bullets after the axe dropped on this one Brexit supporter.
The information overlords just sniped another prominent figure.
Counter-narrative voices are being picked off one by one and even world leaders who’ve played their roles for the establishment should be nervous.
Twitter dropped the hammer on Nick Moar, a Brexit supporting British Conservative and social media head at The Spector – the British outlet formerly run by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
“Twitter banned the accounts @NewsForAll, @FootballForAll and @PoliticsForAll, popular accounts that aggregated news, sports, and politics stories from across the British media,” Breitbart reported.
A spokeswoman for Twitter stated Moar’s accounts were banned for “platform manipulation and spam”, according to Breitbart.
“Platform manipulation and spam” were the same bogus reasons Twitter used to boot Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe from the platform.
In reality, O’Keefe was permanently suspended for embarrassing frauds in corporate-controlled media, Big Tech, and politics.
They were looking for a vague reason to get rid of O’Keefe, and they found one.
O’Keefe and other banned voices are currently suing Twitter for defamation.
Nick Moar got picked off likely because he became too popular.
Moar and O’Keefe are hardly alone.
Other high-profile examples just in recent weeks include Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA technology used in the COVID vaccines, were both booted from Twitter for COVID “misinformation.”
Free speech is not a priority for Twitter.
Only approved voices are allowed to operate with impunity on social media giants like Twitter.
Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal said as much when he replaced company founder Jack Dorsey earlier this year.
“Our role is not to be bound by the First Amendment, but our role is to serve a healthy public conversation and our moves are reflective of things that we believe lead to a healthier public conversation…And so increasingly our role is moving towards how we recommend content and that sort of is…a struggle that we’re working through in terms of how we make sure these recommendation systems that we’re building, how we direct people’s attention is leading to a healthy public conversation that is most participatory,” Agrawal’s statement read.
Apparently Agawal’s idea of fostering “healthy public conversation” means banning popular right-wing accounts for vague reasons.
Big Tech’s and particularly Twitter’s clearly politically-motivated censors are why competitors are beginning to emerge.
One of them, the Social media platform GETTR, is quickly becoming a rocket ship.
After getting axed from Twitter, Dr. Malone appeared on Joe Rogan’s wildly popular podcast and mentioned the Twitter alternative, resulting in a million new GETTR users in a matter of days.
