Corporations continue to pander to the niche “progressive” market.
Profits are taking a backseat to politics.
And another major American company infuriated customers with this “woke” betrayal.
“Woke” corporate backlash has arrived
Bud Light served as the warning to all companies of what can happen when the customer base feels betrayed.
The blue-collar beer brand entered into a sponsorship deal with controversial transgender-identifying TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
The deal was announced by Mulvaney on April 1, 2023, drawing speculation that it was an April Fool’s joke.
However, Bud Light confirmed that the promotion was real.
Since then, Bud Light’s brand has been destroyed despite a relentless marketing push to blue-collar males that included NFL Hall of Famers Peyton Manning and Emmitt Smith, comedian Shane Gillis, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Despite that bright-red warning sign, companies have still waded into “woke” territory.
Harley-Davidson had to pledge to scrap its DEI initiatives after it came to light that its new CEO had a “woke” agenda.
Now famed whiskey maker Jack Daniel’s is in a similar boat.
Jack Daniel’s emptying the DEI bottle
Robby Starbuck, a conservative filmmaker and activist, has become a crusader against “woke” corporations.
His exposé forced Harley-Davidson to change course.
And he applied a similar pressure campaign to Jack Daniel’s.
Starbuck announced, “Big news: The next company we were set to expose was Jack Daniel’s. They must have been tipped off by us going through employee LinkedIn pages.”
So Jack Daniel’s pledged to end their “woke” agenda before getting wrecked by Starbuck publicly.
Starbuck continued, “They just preemptively announced that they’ll be making these changes: Ending participation in the @HRC’s Corporate Equality Index social credit system. Executive + employee bonuses/goals are tied to business performance; not DEI. An END to ‘quantitative workforce and supplier diversity ambitions.’ Cutting woke trainings.”
Radical activists pick soft targets and attack
In the past, companies have been less receptive to left-wing lunacy, but “woke” marketing and human resource employees have become fifth columns inside many of these corporations and the top executives will do whatever is expedient to avoid bad PR.
Starbuck added, “Overall we had well over 15GB of files, photos and videos. We’re now forcing multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without even posting just from fear they have of being the next company that we expose. We are winning and one by one we will bring sanity back to corporate America.”

With activists like Starbuck hard at work, companies now have an excuse to grow a spine and stand up to the “woke” mob on the Left.
Far-left radicals are most dangerous when they’re moving in silence.
Now that their tactics have been exposed, conservatives have a target they can hit.
Companies should not be veering into divisive culture war issues.
They should not be promoting transgenderism and neo-Marxist concepts.
Democrats swore up and down that all of this “woke” nonsense was not happening, but the evidence is clear.
While Starbuck and others are scoring victories, the challenge for conservatives is staying vigilant.
It’s easy for conservatives to grow tired of culture wars, but they have to stay engaged.
Because for the Left, “wokeness” is their religion.
