Real Clear Investigations senior reporter Paul Sperry broke the news on Twitter, writing “The daughter of the Manhattan judge presiding over the Trump criminal case is a Democratic political strategist who worked on the congressional campaign of Democrat Rep. ADAM SCHIFF, who led the first impeachment of Trump.”

Newsweek reported that Merchan’s 34-year-old daughter Loren “has a history of working for Democratic politicians including Vice President Kamala Harris and California Representative Adam Schiff. She is currently president of consulting firm Authentic Campaigns, which, along with Harris and Schiff, counts the Biden-Harris campaign and California’s Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom as clients.”
The Democrats are attempting to box in Trump from all sides.
Trump legal adviser Alan Dershowitz, a liberal Democrat, explained, “You can make crime out of anything…And even if they managed to get him on something that nobody else has ever been prosecuted for, that is not justice in America.”
If Judge Merchan does not dismiss the nothing-burger charge or allow for a change of venue, then a Manhattan jury full of rabid anti-Trumpers will certainly convict Trump.
That’s what the Democrats are pinning their hopes on.
They want Trump in front of a Manhattan jury that will convict him no matter what.
It doesn’t matter if the charges are bogus or they’ll be overturned on appeal.
They just want to “get Trump” by any means necessary.
