But left-wing goons in the federal government like Merrick Garland crossed a major line in recent years in colluding with Big Tech and weaponizing their agencies against conservatives.
But this Trump-appointed Judge just lowered the boom on these muzzle mongers.

But now one Trump-supporting teacher just got a shot in the arm after his MAGA cap was vindicated in one jaw-dropping case.
Wearing a Make America Great Again cap is protected speech
A judge just ruled to protect the First Amendment rights of a Vancouver, Washington teacher after he got into trouble for wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap.
Science teacher Eric Dodge only wore the baseball cap twice inside Evergreen Public Schools buildings.
Apparently the teacher has a healthy sense of humor since one of those occasions was to attend a staff-only cultural sensitivity and racial bias training.
Dodge later reported that he was “verbally attacked” by his middle school Principal and other school employees.
A Ninth Circuit judge sided with him, noting that the outcry over his MAGA cap was completely inappropriate.
“That some may not like the political message being conveyed is par for the course and cannot itself be a basis for finding disruption of a kind that outweighs the speaker’s first amendment rights,” Danielle J Forrest, a judge appointed by Donald Trump, ruled.
Incredibly, according to court documents, Dodges’ co-workers didn’t even see him necessarily wearing the red cap.
It was merely near his belongings during an employee training, causing the leftist snowflakes around him to complain that they felt “intimidated” and “threatened” by a scrap of cloth suggesting that America better itself.
Ironically, school principal Caroline Garrett, who told Dodge he needed to “use better judgment” allowed a Black Lives Matter poster to be hung in the school library and even has a Bernie Sanders bumper sticker on her car regularly parked on school grounds.
Considering that Dodge didn’t even wear his hat around students, school administrators couldn’t get him for trying to push his political views on students.
On the other hand, those indoctrinating students with Marxist Black Lives Matter propaganda are clearly trying to shape the political views of the children in their care.
Unfortunately, the leftists won a partial victory after Dodge resigned from his position teaching at the middle school in 2020.
A study back in 2017 found that only 27% of K-12 teachers in the US described themselves as “conservative.”
However, a recent study conducted by the Heritage Foundation found the majority of teachers aren’t on board with radical woke concepts sweeping through schools including Critical Race Theory which has been used to justify all kinds of censorship.
Meanwhile, a 2021 poll found that only 30 percent of teachers reported viewing CRT favorably.
