A tech titan blew the whistle on this disturbing Big Tech Chinese collusion

Big Tech puts their quest for power over the country’s interests.

They’ve crossed a major red line.

Now a tech titan blew the whistle on this disturbing Big Tech Chinese collusion.

Big Tech is always eager to bend the knee to the Communist Chinese government to keep their access to the country’s rapidly growing economy.

China has become the biggest market in the world and home to the manufacturers who build most of Big Tech’s products.

While Big Tech companies are eager to attack conservatives here at home, they look the other way on flagrant abuses by the Chinese government.

Tech giants like Google have avoided working with the U.S. military supposedly over outrage from their far-Left employees.

A group of Google employees protested, and some resigned, over a contract the company had with the Pentagon.

Now a pro-Trump tech titan is blowing the whistle on the cozy relationship between Big Tech and China.

Palmer Luckey founded virtual reality company Oculus that was sold to Facebook for nearly $2 billion.

He was reportedly forced out of Facebook by Mark Zuckerberg for refusing to renounce his support of Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

After Luckey left Facebook, he founded Anduril Industries which sells drone defense systems to the U.S. military.

As one of the few tech titans who will work with the military, Luckey explained why leftwing politics is a “smokescreen” for Big Tech working with the U.S. military.

“I think that’s mostly a smokescreen for the real reason which is, nobody wants to lose access to Chinese markets, Chinese capital, and Chinese manufacturing—especially companies like Apple that have invested literally hundreds of billions of dollars and will continue to invest hundreds of billions,” Luckey explained.

The Chinese market now makes up about a quarter of Apple’s total revenue and with nearly every product produced in China.

“You’d think that if anyone could do what they want to do, then [it’s] Apple, the largest company in the country, one of the most powerful entities in the world, more powerful than most nations” Luckey said. “They could never do anything that would upset the Chinese Communist Party because, if that happens, 95% of our manufacturing is in China, they are a $2 trillion company that could be wiped out with the stroke of a pen.”

Big Tech companies have grown increasingly connected to China for sales and manufacturing leaving the fate of their company in the hands of the Chinese government.

By American companies becoming so dependent on China, this gives the Communist government incredible leverage over a key sector of the American economy.

China has made a point of using soft power like this to advance their national goals.

Luckey made the case that Big Tech’s reluctance to work with the military is causing the U.S. to fall behind the Chinese and Russians in areas like hypersonic missiles and drone technology.

Big Tech’s obedience to the communist Chinese government could leave the country unprepared for the battlefield of the future.
