During a recent CNN interview, Hillary Clinton shocked Americans when she called Trump supporters “cult members” for whom she coldly stated “formal deprogramming” may be needed.
Hillary clearly has friends on the federal bench who were listening.
Because a federal judge just rubber stamped the beta test for Hillary’s “formal deprogramming” for all intents and purposes in one bone-chilling order.
Trump supporter going to prison for a “crime” that will make you sick
Donald Trump supporter Douglass Mackey, who went by the online moniker Rickey Vaughn, was sentenced to seven months in prison for a common joke.
During the 2016 election, Vaughn tweeted that Hillary Clinton supporters could cast their vote by simply sending a text message.
Four years later when Joe Biden was inaugurated, his Department of Justice filed charges against Mackey for election interference.
He was charged with orchestrating a “scheme to deprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote.”
However, leftist comedian Kristina Wong did the exact same thing but was not charged with a crime.

District Court Judge Ann Donnelly, an Obama appointee, sentenced Mackey and said that his actions were “nothing short of an assault on our democracy.”
Of course Wong, a Democrat, got no such scrutiny.
DOJ Attorney Erik David Paulsen commented, “Voting is the right that secures all other rights we hold dear…They were committing fraud, one that was aimed at one of our most sacred rights in our democracy.”
Despite Mackey having made derogatory comments online, Judge Donnelly told him, “You are not being sentenced for your political beliefs or for expressing those beliefs,” but it’s impossible to believe that his support for Trump played no role.
Democrats are criminalizing humor – at least the humor they don’t like
The parallel case of Kristina Wong serves as proof.
Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy said that Mackey’s First Amendment rights had been violated, commenting, “It’s a three-fer: the prosecutorial creation of a crime Congress has not prescribed, the trivialization of civil-rights law, and the intrusion of government as a monitor of political speech.”
The Biden DOJ dug up a Reconstruction Era law in order to prosecute Mackey.
This conviction and sentencing sets a dangerous precedent.
Now an online joke could be considered a federal crime.
Comedian Kathy Griffin held up Donald Trump’s severed head during a photo shoot.
Under the dangerous new standard set by the Biden administration, that could be considered an assassination threat.
Biden’s DOJ and Democrat officials around the country are outlawing dissent.
That’s why DAs and AGs are coming up with creative ways to attack Trump and his supporters.
